A water level of 1.3 to 1.7 meters above the norm was this past weekend recorded in Jyllinge Nordmark, at the municipality of Roskilde Fjord.
This prompted a series of interventions by East Zealand Rescue Unit, one of which was the deployment of our NoFloods Barriers.
More than 1,600 meters of our water tubes were laid out at strategic locations by several dedicated teams of volunteers.
By Monday morning, our NoFloods barriers had successfully protected 100 homes that were at risk of flooding during the weekend.
